Its been well over 10 years since Spanish Hip Hop has been around,
but as well all know too well it hasn't been until recently
that the music industry has really paid attention to the Hip
Hop movement of the Latino Community. In the late 90's it did
seemed that Spanish Hip Hop was about to blow up in the US with
the success of groups like Sindicato Argentino Del Hip Hop,
Tiro De Gracia, Control Machete and Cypress Hill, the success
of these projects didn't only would end up laying the foundation
of what we are now see happening in the Latin Hip Hop market.

Its been well over 10 years since Spanish Hip Hop has

it did seemed that Spanish Hip Hop was about to blow up in the
US with the success of groups like Sindicato Argentino Del Hip
Hop, Tiro De Gracia, Control Machete and Cypress Hill. The success
of these projects would end up laying the foundation of what
we are now see happening in the Latin Hip Hop market.
The album
features a number of artists that are both established and on
the rise, such as the first track by the Mexican Hip Hop Powerhouse
Control Machete who in the song "En
El Camino" introduces a new generation of Mexican Hip Hop
a group by the name of Caballeros Del Plan G and solo act Sekreto.
The disc also features some pretty surprising and admirable
cross country collaborations like "Los 6 Fantasticos" by
Sindicato Argentino Del Hip Hop with Vico C and Tego Calderon.
The
comp showcases cutting edge artists from Spanish speaking countries
like Puerto Rico, Spain, Chile, Argentina and the even the
US, Some of the songs had been released in the pasted either
in their own countries and other are exclusive tracks for the
project like Individuo's "En Mi Piel". Hip
Hop En Tu Idioma is a true efert to expande the Spanish Hip
Hop movemnet with in the US
